Off! - S/t

I guess everyone knows Off! by now.
Here's the new album, new songs, same formula.
They're in the middle of a UK tour at the moment.

Out Of Touch - Town of fools

Another act from Trento!
They played a fast and raw punk hardcore, with lyrics both in english and italian. Guitarist Piff is now playing in Crop Circles, don't know about the other members.
Anyway if you're italian have a look at Trento HC blog, there you can find the download link and a review!

Beer Bong - Fast and comfortable

My knowledge of the italian melodic hardcore scene may not be wide, but these guys surely kick ass; actually this is the finest italian melodic hardcore album I know. 14+1 tracks, originally released in 1999 on Everybody Loves Records.
Speed, melody and Paolo Crimi on drums, who has the biggest cock in town.

BANxTHIS! - S/t lp

This is the only lp released by BANxTHIS!, recorded at Hate Studio (Vicenza) on august 2007; they lasted about three years but they managed to put out some very quality stuff.
Their inspiration came from bands like Adolescents, Bl'ast! and Fu Manchu, mixing everything up in an original way. Pessimistic lyrics and a beautiful artwork by Dario Quatrini.

Ed - Senza ragione 7"

These italian metalheads play a thrash/skate/core, very technical, very inspired. What I really like is the presence of slow and fast parts, as well as the singing style and the influences of such bands as Black Sabbath.
Their first release is dated 2001.
You can purchase this piece of wax here.

Bones Brigade - Focused

BB were a badass hardcore/thrash band from Boston.
If you're into skaterock, you'll know them for sure.
Focused is their second full lenght, the first with Brian on vocals, released in 2004 under Fight Fire With Fire Recs.
Yeea.

Crippled Fox - If I lived on Venice Beach

CxFx is a bandana thrashcore band hailing from Hungary.

21 fast songs (15 new ones plus 6 from the previous 2009 demo) with lyrics about being a thrasher, DIY ethics, the scene, bla blah bla. Anyway they're very active, playing shows and releasing stuff.
This should be some of their most recent shit.

No Friends - S/t lp

Debut album for these dudes from Virginia.

Basically it's New Mexican Disaster Squad with Tony Foresta from Municipal Waste on vocals.

It's a nice album, it's nothing but a well done hardcore album.

Anti You - Making your life miserable 7"

Awesome 7". These dudes from Rome have just released their first lp on Six Weeks Recs after a bunch of outstanding eps like this one.
You know, sometimes I'm bothered by the unconditional resemblance that lots of european hardcore bands have with US hardcore, but still I cannot say they don't kick asses. They're good.

DIE! - I hope you die

This album will be one of your favorites if you're into bands as JFA or Descendents.
No experimental stuff here, just some pure and simple skatepunk, the way it sounded back in the '80s.
Scene-addicted lyrics and tons of nostalgia for the good ol' days. With members of Comrades and Strenght Approach.
